The Most Wonderful Time…

of the year! Autumn is in full swing, with the leaves in their final days of glory. Halloween is upon is, and we are planning some fun for all at the restaurant on Wednesday night. Too bad we can’t spend a whole week doing this, as I love Halloween. But next year we will at least have 2 days of fun instead of one!

We are honing our team, and we have a really great staff assembled so far. Lost a few hundred unsightly pounds, and added some real gems, but we are still in need of some good people. Anyone who is interested (or knows someone who might be…) in being a server, busser, Garde Manger, or bar back, PLEASE PLEASE contact me ASAP!!

Anyone have any specific food discussions they want to start? Special requests for a dish on the menu, or a recipe, or a wine or drink? COME ON PEOPLE… DISCOURSE WITH ME!!!!!
